 RTC Industries operates a light duty production facility/training center to provide product to major corporations and equip associates with valuable work skills.
Associates are provided opportunities to pursue their own unique path of development which enables them to pursue community employment
RTC recognizes the importance of quality leisure activities for its associates.  It offers individualized activities based on the associate's interests. 
Retired associates enjoy the leisure activities and community service opportunities available in RTC's Senior Citizen Services.
