RTC Employment Services has been in business for the past 10 years serving several hundred individuals with a variety of abilities.  Our goal is to keep individuals working to be able to contribute to society, to improve their self worth, and to be an asset to a company.  We believe the individuals we work with can be successful in the community if given an opportunity to use their skills and knowledge.

We are not a temporary agency.  Our goal is to help individuals secure permanent employment directly with companies.  Also, our services are no cost to you.  We are funded through a state agency, the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation. 

Our clients have a variety of abilities and limitations.  Some may have physical limitations they acquired from past employment, such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome which hinders their ability to continue repetitious work.  Others may have cognitive issues, which may make reading and writing difficult.  While others may have suffered from stroke or a Traumatic Brain injury, which has altered their abilities.  Because of these issues they may be limited in certain areas, but may flourish in others.
