RTC Employment Services is a service provider for the Rehabilitation Services Commission. We assist individuals with a wide variety of disabilities to become successfully employed. Listed below are some of the services we can offer at no cost to your company.

JOB TRY-OUT |
| This service allows job seekers an opportunity to experience employment situations in a real work setting. This is provided at no expense to your business. RTC pays the job seeker for time worked at your company and covers the costs of payroll taxes and worker's compensation. This service provides you and the job seeker with an opportunity to evaluate his/her skills prior to making an employment decision. RTC offers job coaching services during this try-out and has conducted them in a variety of settings including, Bethel Engineering, Bob Evan's Restaurant, E.W.H. Spectrum, and Wal-Mart. |

JOB PLACEMENT |
| RTC staff assists job seekers in locating permanent employment. A job seeker's skills and abilities are matched with specific positions within your company in order to provide you with a dependable employee. RTC staff can assist you in scheduling interviews and completing paperwork throughout the hiring process. RTC also specializes in working with job seekers who have technology related backgrounds. |

WORK OPPORTUNITY TAX CREDIT |
| RTC job seekers qualify for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit through the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. Basically, your company receives a tax credit for hiring an individual who has a disability. RTC staff can assist you with this process. |

TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORTS |
| RTC offers a variety of technology related services provided by an experienced rehabilitation technologist. These services can include the designing of specialized work stations, the development of adaptive aides, and the training necessary to incorporate these items into the work setting. |

JOB COACHING |
| Job coaching services are designed to provide extra training and on-the-job support for your new employee, in addition to the standard orientation and training provided by your company. As your employee gains confidence in his/her work skills, the job coach slowly fades from the work-site. |

JOB FOLLOW ALONG |
| Job follow along services are designed to monitor job performance and ensure long-term employment. RTC staff can assist in resolving any issues that may arise while your new employee is adjusting to the work environment. RTC staff will remain in contact with you and your new employee through on-site visits and/or telephone contacts. |
