RTC Employment Services, a division of RTC Industries, Inc. is a service provider for consumers of the Rehabilitation Services Commission (BVR & BVSI).
For those interested in pursuing community employment, RTC provides a program that includes vocational assessments to determine specific interests and skills; a referral for services through the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR); and coordination with job placement specialists. Additionally, RTC offers on- going employee/employer support to ensure that progress is being made and needs are being met by both employer and employee.
At RTC, we work together with you to provide a valuable support structure to help associates meet their own employment goals. We have successfully assisted many folks in acquiring and maintaining employment in various business settings.
